My Healthy Creation for my kiddos this week was: a fresh batch of sugar free and carb free gummies! A healthy lifestyle doesn’t mean missing out on the foods you once enjoyed. I personally love a challenge of taking guilty pleasures and finding healthy alternatives!
We were on a kick where all we wanted was gummy bears, specifically blue ones, but even sugar free ones were too high in carbs. The recipe calls for sugar free Jello in the flavor of your choice. Guess what’s not sold around me...yep. Blue. Big shout-out to online shopping for saving the day and finding some sugar free blue raspberry Jello 😁
Sugar Free & Carb Free Gummy Recipe:
INGREDIENTS:
1 packet sugar free Jello
1 packet unflavored gelatin
1/3 cup of water
DIRECTIONS:
Mix ingredients until dissolved over low heat
Pour into molds
Refrigerate until set
ENJOY!
